Choose a photo that can actually dance
Use one standing adult with the face, both feet and the whole body in view. Leave room above the head and to either side of the arms. A seated portrait or tight selfie gives the model no reliable information about stance and shoes.
Your outfit and setting guide this version of the cover. A plain floor and even light make fast movement easier to read; dark sleeves against a dark wall make the hands harder to separate.

The attributed dance reference is separate from the creator’s reviewed Fast sample. That 13-second result uses one synthetic adult full-body photo, with the exact input shown below it. Check the hard moments
Watch the low lunge for grounded feet, then the head-framing gestures for stable identity. Hair movement should not restore the dancer from the reference. If the face is hidden in your input, first try a clearer photo rather than expecting a higher model tier to recover unseen detail.
Add the sound after downloading
