Choose a photo with remembered details
Use a clear image of one adult or one pet. Glasses, hair, familiar clothing and fur markings are useful recognition cues. For an old print, scan it or photograph it flat in even light without glare.
A head-only photograph can be used, but missing clothes, legs and shoes have to be imagined. The result is a new animation, not a restored recording. The adult mode has one reviewed 9-second Fast sample using a synthetic portrait. It is relatively realistic and cinematic; pet mode has not been sample tested.
Person and pet are different scenes
The adult version imagines a warm 3D character walking, crouching and gathering petals. The pet version keeps four paws, takes gentle steps and pauses to look back. It does not give the animal human hands or ask it to crouch like a person.
Generation uses the uploaded photo and prepared visual direction. The viewing reference is not submitted to the model. The output is a nine-second silent vertical keepsake; a real-photo ending is not included.
What the words and dates mean
“No lo dejen solito” means “don’t leave him alone”; the feminine form is “no la dejen solita.” Posts often use the phrase for a loved one’s first Día de Muertos. It is an expression of remembrance, not something the generated video can verify.
Many families remember pets on October 27, ahead of the November 1–2 observances. Families follow different customs. A private tribute can be made whenever it feels right rather than only on a single prescribed date.
Share gently
Consider whether relatives would welcome the animation before sharing it publicly. Download the silent MP4 and add your chosen permitted music or an original-photo ending in an editor. Keep the distinction between an imagined keepsake and an actual memory clear.
Review the complete clip before posting. AI can change fine facial details, hands, paws and fabric. Add the AI label your platform asks for, and use only photos you have permission to animate.
